hellooow, how's life?

mungkin diantara kalian ada yang lagi nonton drama 'Kill Me Heal Me' ? kalo belum, recommend banget untuk ditonton :D yaaaa, walaupun masih  ongoing, baru sampe episode 12 tapi untuk gue pribadi, drama KHMH bikin penasaran banget di setiap episodenya. jadi ceritanya tentang seorang pria yang punya 7 kepribadian dimana setiap kepribadian punya karakter dan ciri khas masing-masing. nah, yang melatarbelakangi hal tersebut adalah karena dia tidak bisa mengingat memori masa kecilnya dulu daaan.. sebenernya gue juga belum pasti ttg apa yang terjadi di masa kecilnya dulu soalnya masih ongoing juga dramanya :D tapi yang pasti memori masa kecilnya itu buruk dan menyakitkan karena satu personality yang fungsinya memang untuk menahan rasa sakit dari kenangan masa kecilnya. dan ceritanya emang cukup crowd banget sampe di ep 12 ini gue masih belum bisa prediksi apa kejadian sebenarnya :D dan kalau yang mau nonton bisa di dramafire.com (eng sub) atau nontonmovie.com (ind sub)

Synopsis

A romantic comedy about a third-generation billionnaire with Dissociative Identity Disorder and a first-year Psychiatrist resident who treats him secretly.

Cha Do Hyun (Ji Sung) is the third generation of a chaebol family who suffers from multiple personality disorder after going through numerous life-threatening traumas. As he tries to get back on his life on the track with the help of a resident doctor, Oh Ri Jin (Hwang Jung Eum). The “seven people” whom he created in his body began their battle to be the final dictator that will have control over his life.

Meanwhile, Oh Ri On (Park Seo Joon) is Oh Ri Jin’s twin Brother who is a genius writer. He is determined to find out the secrets and stories of this third generation Chaebol, starts following him around to uncover them but unexpectedly forms an empathy for him instead.

kita lebih cantik dari apa yang kita pikirkan...

seberapa sering kita ngeluh tentang keadaan diri kita sendiri ? kurang cantik, kulit kurang putih, hidung kurang mancung, mata terlalu sipit, kegendutan, alis tipis, betis bengkak, kurang mulus ? dan masih banyak lagi yakan ?

pengalaman pribadi gue sendiri, kadang-kadang gue juga sering ngeluh tentang keadaan diri gue sendiri...

dan mungkin masih banyak lagi cercaan yang gue lontarkan untuk diri gue sendiri....

ga terima diri sendiri, dengan apa adanya. maunya secantik ini lah-secantik dia lah. kalo belum mirip dia berarti beum cantik.belum merasa cantik dengan diri kita sendiri. kadang-kadang gue sendiri cape punya perasaan kaya gitu. kok kesannya gue sendiri aja ga ngehargain diri sendiri.
terus pas gue nonton tayangin itu, entah gue semakin sadar kalo cantik itu ga selalu harus putih, hidung mancung, mata belo, dll. kita sendiri yang menggolongkan cantik itu seperti apa.padahal kita tau yang Maha Kuasa telah menciptakan manusia dengan keadaan sebaik-baiknya.

yang gue tangkep dari tayangan tadi itu, ada seorang seniman forensik lalu ada beberapa wanita dan pria yang diajak ke sebuah ruangan. satu persatu tanpa saling melihat, si seniman itu bertanya seputar wajah orang-orang tersebut, lalu dia menggambar sketsanya. setelah selesai menggambar orang pertama (A). orang kedua (B) diminta berkenalan diluar dengan si A. lalu si B, oleh seniman itu disuruh menceritakan seputar wajah si A, seniman itu pun menggambar ulang lagi wajah si A dengan ciri-ciri yang di lantunkan si B. begitupun seterusnya. setelah selesai semua, masing-masing orang tersebut melihat hasil sketsa wajah masing-masing diamana kelihatan berbeda sekali apa yang di ucapkan diri sendiri dan orang lain tentang wajah kita. sketsa dengan panduan diri sendiri kebanyakan terlihat murung, tertutup tidak ramah. sedangkan yang diucapkan orang lain tentang wajah kita malah terlihat lebih baik.

kemudia gue juga jadi inget perkataan temen-temen gue beberapa waktu lalu seputar wajah gue :

" eh, gue suka sama dagu lu, lucu"

"may, idung lu bagus ya, keliatan bangir" 

" lu walaupun gendut muka lo kecil " 

" dis, gue suka idung sama bibir lo , serasi"

capek juga kalo cuma ngebanding-bandingin diri kita sendiri dengan orang lain yang kita anggap paling cantik. pasti gak ada abisnya. soo, sekarang mulai dengan kita jatuh cinta sama diri sendiri/nyaman dengan keadaan diri sendiri. lalu tumbuhlah dengan apa yang kita punya dengan sebaik-baiknya. cantik itu perlu namun dalam artian kita menghormati diri sendiri dengan merawat jiwa dan raga dengan sebaik-baiknya.
